Zac's College Adventure

so yea sorry I keep not blogging. its hard just because theres always stuff to do especially at night! lets see.. 

sunday! sarah austin and I went to apex. it was really cool! the message was great, very applicable and I loved the music. there were quite a few others there that I knew and everyone seemed to like it. I would like to come back, but next week we are going to try Fusion. It seems like there are a ton of good churches around, so i think it will be hard to choose just one. i'm sure God will show me which one he wants me at though. (please pray that i will find the right church :-) ) later that day austin joey and I went to walmart, and austin and i both bought spore! luckily they were behind the counter and because they were, they weren't actually sold out. apparently every store in the area was sold out and there was only 4 left at walmart! so we got lucky. joey got some other stuff.. clothes food etc.. Once we got back i installed spore while doing a bunch of laundry. i must say... spore is awesome! 10/10 in my opinion lol.

monday is my super busy day. it starts out with CLT Chapel and Comp. funny story about chapel. i thought pictures were during chapel in front of Tyler. well they weren't. the pictures were to be taken the next day. yea... that stunk. ( i wrote it down wrong in my schedule) so i used my first chapel skip haha. the day went on.. i had a wonderful lunch with sarah.. but someone killed my burrito :-(. i put it in the thing that makes it "toasted". i walked away for a bit.. came back... and someone smashed it! lol. that was mean. anyways.. Jubba was next which was very fun today. afterwards I ate with someone from Jubba named Sam who has the coolest british accent and knows Phil Cagy! he has played all of his guitars and he usually calls him sometime every week for some reason or another. he said if Cagy comes to OH he would introduce me. O and he has a 7000 dollar custom made taylor, which i will get to play today (wednesday). hopefully i will have a camera and take a picture of it. after jubba I had puppet practice. o my.. puppets are really fun (we start music in a couple weeks) but the KILL your arm. basically you have to hold your arm up in the air all the time. lol my shoulder will be huge by the time this is done. i'm also too tall so i have to sit or stand very awkwardly lol. o well. its fun though, i can't believe I'm getting paid for this. afterwards sarah and i went on a walk :-). after that I played some spore with austin and then went to bed.

yesterday (tuesday) was also a busy day! first thing was pictures for puppets (we still need a new name for that if you all have any ideas!). I swear that they took like 1000 pics. basically they will post the pic online so the churches can see who we are before we come. ill post a link once its up. audio production was next. still am lovin that class and we got our first project today: a :60 second story. Ill post the final product. I had lunch with a friend and went off to the Intro to Worship. great class, dad i especially think you would like it. we read a great article that talked about a "war" in churches over "silly" things such as music style and how serious this can be in your job. it also had a strong theme of your "calling". very interesting stuff. we talk a lot about the importance of a worship leaders relationship with their senior pastor. I had a physical type thing today for the traveling team. afterwards i had dinner with MP2, where I made a very successful.. not destroyed burrito. guitar lessons was next which was awesome! i learned some great stuff today about harmonys and scales that i had never seen/noticed before. then i did some hw with sarah and went off to puppet practice. because my day was busy i had to stay up and read.. thus why i am posting in the morning, not then.

well i have to be in CLT now but i will talk to you all soon!
